The CDC Has Relaxed the Requirements for Canadian Dogs

Dogs entering the United States from Canada must be microchipped and up to date on their rabies vaccine. They must not have been in a high-risk rabies country in the last 6 months. Before entering the United States, you must fill out and submit a CDC Dog Import Form. There is no fee for this form.

Dogs under 6 months old cannot enter the United States.
